How is payment for approved grants received?

By submitting a Reimbursement Request form (available at http://www.massculturalcouncil.org/contracts/lccreim.pdf) along with any invoices, bills, a brief financial report and copies of promotional material sent to the Selectman's Office. Payment takes approximately six to eight weeks once applied for.

To receive reimbursement, must fulfill the contracts and requirements set out by the Mass. Cultural Council (available at http://www.massculturalcouncil.org/contracts/lccred_recip.asp). Most importantly, grantees must acknowledge the source of funding in all printed and online materials by using the MCC logo (download at http://www.massculturalcouncil.org/contracts/logos_step1.asp) and using the following credit line: "This program is supported in part by a grant from the Sudbury Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency."
