Community Housing Office

The Community Housing Office provides administrative and technical support related to affordable housing issues and coordinates the efforts of various town boards and committees to develop affordable housing opportunities and implement the Town's Community Housing Plan.  This office works with the Sudbury Housing Trust, the Community Preservation Committee (CPC), and the Sudbury Housing Authority (SHA).

Town of Sudbury has issued an RFP for affordable housing administrative services

The Town of Sudbury is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist the Town in providing affordable housing administrative services in conjunction with the activities of the Regional Housing Services Office and the Sudbury Housing Trust.  The Town is seeking specialized services in the area of resident qualification, resident selection and support for resident services.

The successful consultant will be expected to work between 10 and 20 hours per week, and will be paid on an hourly basis. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFP.
