Senior Center

The Sudbury Senior Center is a focal point for Sudbury Seniors, providing social, recreational, and educational activities, as well as, support services such as Friendly visitors, Shopping volunteers and Medical appointment volunteers (FISH). The Center also serves as an information resource for local senior citizens. Through the Council on Aging, it plays an advocacy role for Seniors at the local, state and federal level.

Prevent a Fall!

Parmenter Community Health Care, Sudbury Board of Health and the Sudbury Senior Center are offering a morning of delicious food, yoga and tai chi demos and fall prevention information from Parmenter Occupational Therapists, the Sudbury Fire Department and the Sudbury Board of Health Nurse.  Join us on Saturday, September 22 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.  Take a look at our Fall Prevention Day flyer for more information.  And call the Senior Center at 978-443-3055 to let us know that you are coming.  We want to be prepared with enough food!
