Application forms and information are available through the Town Clerk's Office. The five-member Board appointed by the Selectmen has authority to approve special permits and variances pursuant to the Town's Zoning Bylaw.

ZBA Case 13-2 to be continued to April 1, 2013

Per the request of the applicant, tonight’s ZBA hearing on Case 13-2, 9 and 23 Old County Road, will be continued to Monday, April 1, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall. No testimony will be heard by the ZBA this evening. For a copy of the meeting notice check the ZBA’s web page or call the Planning Office at 978-639-3387.
