The 2009 Annual Town Meeting was called to order on April 6, 2009 at 7:31 p.m. by the Moderator, Myron J. Fox. Following are the results of the votes from the first night's meeting. 
Articles 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 28,  and 30 were unanimously voted and Article 29 was indefinitely postponed on the Consent Calendar.
