Goodnow Online Resources

What are Online Resources?
Also known as Electronic Resources or Databases, online resources provide access to valuable materials and information from any computer connected to the Internet. Think of it as having a branch library right in your home. You can chat one-on-one with a librarian 24/7, find full-text articles from magazines, newspapers, encyclopedias or other reference books to help with homework or research, practice for the SATs and other tests, and even download the latest audiobooks to your PC and compatible portable device. Goodnow’s webpage (http://library.sudbury.ma.us) is your gateway to all this and more! These resources, which would cost thousands of dollars if you tried to access them on your own, are made available to you free of charge courtesy of the Goodnow Library, the Minuteman Network or the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

Resources marked with are funded by the Goodnow Library and require Sudbury residency for Home Access. You will need your Sudbury library card to gain access from home. Not a Sudbury resident? Many of the listed resources are available to you. Visit the Minuteman Library Network’s page (http://www.mln.lib.ma.us/electronic/) to see what your community has to offer. Statewide databases may also be accessed via the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners page (http://mblc.state.ma.us/)
