 Ahead
of you is the back of the Wayside Inn Grist Mill, completed in 1929. This
mill still uses water power from Hop Brook to grind wheat and corn for use
in the Wayside Inn bakery. A miller is in attendance Wednesdays through
Sundays between Easter and Thanksgiving to answer questions.
