Among the property types experiencing the greatest appreciation are Residential Condominiums.<\/p>\n<p>Taxpayers may at this time view proposed assessments.&nbsp; This period for review of valuations will end on Tuesday November 3, 2015. Inquiries may be made by phoning the&nbsp;Assessor\u2019s office at 978-639-3393 or 978-639-3395&nbsp;or by email: <a href=\"mailto:assessors@sudbury.ma.us\"><u>assessors@sudbury.ma.us<\/u><\/a> The Assessor\u2019s Office is located&nbsp;in the Flynn Building, at 278 Old Sudbury Rd.
