The Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 PM<\/p>\n

That of FIRST COLONY NORTHWOOD LLC, applicants, and NORTHWOOD AT SUDBURY CONDOMINIUM TRUST, owners, to re-open the hearings related to ZBA decisions under Case 10-30 and 12-10 in accordance with the Land Court\u2019s decision and remand dated July 8, 2014, property shown on Town Map C11 as Parcel 0302, 10-20 NORTHWOOD DRIVE, Research District. #14-27<\/li>\n
  2. That of MARCEL MAILLET, L.P.
