A Question and Answer session facilitated by Mr. Marchant will follow. Residents are encouraged to attend.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe continuation of the Public Hearing for the proposed Comprehensive Permit #11-40, The Residences at Johnson Farm, 189 Landham Road, will begin at 8:00 p.m. in the Town Hall immediately after this session.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tEd Marchant is serving as a Technical Assistance Advisor to the Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals. Ed has provided Chapter 40B technical assistance to fifty communities on over ninety-seven proposed 40B developments. A graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School, Mr. Marchant has taught real estate development and finance courses and mixed-income housing courses for over thirty years at the Harvard Kennedy School where he serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy.
