National Development to Purchase Raytheon Property

In a letter dated September 25, 2015 to the Board of Selectmen and Planning Board, National Development, a private real estate development company located in Newton, MA, announced that they have been selected as the buyer of the 50 acre Raytheon site located at 526 and 528 Boston Post Road in Sudbury.
The Board of Selectmen has scheduled a meeting with National Development representatives at their October 6, 2015 meeting (tentative time is 8:15 pm) to begin the discussion about the future of the site and the company’s proposed redevelopment plans. The Planning Board will be having a similar meeting on October 14, 2015. Residents are urged to attend, as both boards will set aside time for public comments and questions. Check the Town’s website for the agendas for both boards.
