Development Agreement signed with BPR Sudbury LLC

Tuesday, June 7th, the Board of Selectmen voted affirmatively to sign a development agreement with BPR Sudbury LLC (National Development and Avalon Bay) for their project called Meadow Walk Sudbury. The development agreement includes many community benefits. The next step in this project is to vote on Monday, June 13 at Special Town Meeting for the zoning overlay bylaw and the Master Development Plan.
