The contract documents are changed as follows:<\/p>\n \n\t All references to the inclusion of the Asbestos Abatement Project Monitor and clearance sampling in the bid documents, wherever found, are hereby deleted and shall be disregarded by the contractor. Asbestos abatement monitoring and clearance sampling will be performed by the Owner and the cost for these services shall not be included in the bid. <\/p>\n \n\t II. Responses to contractor questions from the walkthrough occurring on November 15, 2010. <\/p>\n \n\t a) Pool tables are to remain in the room and be placed on wheels for ease of movement by the contractor.<\/p>\n \n\t b) Bid documents require mastic (adhesive) to be removed.<\/p>\n \n\t c) Park and Recreation Office will be unoccupied for 3 days to allow for floor removal in the large hallway.<\/p>\n \n\t III.
