All work is to be performed at the historic <span class=\"scayt-misspell\" data-scayt_word=\"Hosmer\" data-scaytid=\"3\">Hosmer<\/span> House located in the Town Center at 299 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe solicitation, Scope of Work, and contract documents are available June 27, 2012 on, from 9 a.m. &ndash; 3 p.m. at the Building Department, 275 Old Lancaster Rd., Sudbury.&nbsp;A mandatory site visit is required.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tResponses, including price and other required information, are due at that office by 3 p.m. on July 13, 2012. The work, estimated at $20,000, is expected to commence upon contract signing and be completed by August 31, 2012, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMinimum wage rates have been set for the project.
