In accordance with M.G.L. c.30, Section 39M, the Town of Sudbury seeks sealed bids for the Haskell Smile Playground Project with work including removal and replacement of existing surfacing materials.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of treasurers\u2019 check, certified check, bid bond, or cashier\u2019s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Sudbury.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bid period inquiries regarding the Work and questions concerning this Invitation to Bid must be submitted in writing via email to: Dennis Mannone, Recreation Director MannoneD@sudbury.ma.us. All questions shall be submitted by January 18, 2025 by 5pm. Written responses will be sent to all Bidders on record as having received Bidding Documents.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held via videoconference on January 17 at 11 AM to review the project. Zoom link will be sent to all plan holders prior to the scheduled meeting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
