As part of a Fair Housing Initiatives Program grant, the Town of Sudbury is fortunate to be given an opportunity to participate in Fair Housing realtor training<\/A> provided by the Fair Housing Center of Greater Boston. <\/SPAN>It will cover topics such as Fair Housing applicable laws, protected classes, standards, violations and penalties for Housing Discrimination.<\/SPAN><\/P> <\/SPAN>This is a great opportunity to refresh your knowledge on this issue and its complex regulations. <\/SPAN>Nationally, regionally and locally there is housing discrimination which affects people of all races, ethnicities, national origins and religions. <\/SPAN>Women, people with disabilities and families with children face barriers to their fair housing rights.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> <\/SPAN>This training session is limited to 20 people, and realtors will receive 2 continuing education credits if they attend. <\/SPAN>It is scheduled for September 20th<\/SUP>, 9am -11am in Framingham Town Hall and is open to realtors in Sudbury, Framingham, and Natick.<\/SPAN><\/P> <\/SPAN>For more information on the training, or to sign up, please contact Janet Antonellis, at 617-796-1120 or email jant@newtonma.gov<\/A><\/SPAN><\/P> <\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" As part of a federal grant, free training is being offered to realtors.
