\n\tOn Monday, June 3, 2013, Sudbury voters who have not submitted a signed and updated census to the Town Clerk’s office will be put on the Inactive Voter List per Mass General Law Chapter 51, Sections 37A and 59. Those on the Inactive Voter List are required to furnish proof of residency and complete an Affirmation of Current and Continuous Residency in order to vote on Election Day. The best way to avoid a delay at the polls is to complete and return a 2013 census. If you cannot locate your census, please contact the Town Clerk’s office at 978-639-3351 or clerk@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>.
