\n\tArt. 25 – Amend Zoning Bylaw, Art. IX, sec. 5336(d) and 5435(c)<\/strong> – Sr. Residential and Incentive Senior Developments: Increase Maximum No. of One-Bedroom Units<\/p>\n

\n\t(Effective May 7, 2013)<\/em>
\n\tArt. 26 – Amend Zoning Bylaw, Art. IX, sec. 6330, Site Plan Procedures<\/strong>
\n\tChange Voting Requirement<\/p>\n

\n\t(Effective May 8, 2013)<\/em>
\n\tArt. 30- Amend Zoning Bylaw, Art. IX <\/strong>– Temporary Moratorium on Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers<\/p>\n

\n\t(Effective August 19, 2013)<\/em>
\n\tArt. 41 – To amend the Town Bylaws Article III, Town Affairs <\/strong>–
\n\tAdd New Section, Semi-Annual Town Forum<\/p>\n

\n\tClaims of invalidity by reason of any defect in the procedure of adoption or amendment for a zoning bylaw may only be made within ninety days of August 19, 2013. Copies of these bylaws may be examined and obtained at the Town Clerk’s office.<\/p>\n
