A Special State Election is scheduled for Tuesday, December 10, 2013, for Subprecinct 1A, Precincts 2, 3, 4, and 5 to fill the vacancy in the 5th <\/sup>Congressional District. Voters in Precinct 1 will not participate in this election. Precinct 1 is part of the 3rd<\/sup> Congressional District, currently represented by Nicola S. Tsongas.<\/strong><\/p>\n
