The 2004 Annual Town Census is being mailed to all residences. Sudbury residents are requested to verify or correct the information on the form, sign it and return it promptly. Should census forms be received for families no longer residing at a residence, please return to this office with a brief explanation.<\/P>
The data is used to compile the jury and voter lists and other reports. If anyone does not receive a census form by Friday, January 16th, contact the Town Clerk\u2019s office to have a duplicate form mailed to you.<\/P>
Census returns may be received by fax as well as mail. The fax number is 443-0264. There is a \u2018drop box\u2019 outside the clerk\u2019s office at 322 Concord Road for those who wish to hand deliver the census.
