In accordance with the provisions of section 6(h)(3) of Chapter 115 of the Acts of 2020, the Town of Sudbury will count the ballots returned by mail for the State Election that are received up to 5pm on November 6th if postmarked by November 3rd. This process will take place at the Lower Town Hall Meeting room, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury MA 01776 on November 9th at 10:00 AM. VOTE BY MAIL BALLOTS will be mailed AFTER OCTOBER 5, 2020<\/span>. To check the status of your Vote by Mail ballot, please visit<\/span> Track My Ballot<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Town Clerk\u2019s office is working diligently to mail out the thousands of requested ballots as efficiently as possible. We respectfully request that, instead of calling or emailing our office, voters please use the convenient Track My Ballot<\/a> feature. If your online record shows that your \u201cBallot Mailed\u201d status is \u201cPending,\u201d that means your Vote-by-Mail Application has been received and your ballot will be mailed shortly. If your status still shows as \u201cPending\u201d by October 16, please contact us at clerk@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>.

The State\/Presidential Election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2020.  On the back of the ballot are two Sudbury debt exclusion questions which refer to Articles 17 and 18 of the September 12, 2020 Annual Town Meeting<\/a>.<\/p>\n
