If the intent of the voter can be determined with reasonable certainty from an inspection of the ballot, in the light of the generally known conditions attendant upon the election, effect must be given to that intent. It could take up to a week to receive your ballot due to mailing time and it could take up to &nbsp;a week for it to be &nbsp;mailed back. Ballots must be returned to the Town Offices (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>not<\/em> <\/span>polling locations) by the close of polls on March 28th in order to be counted.&nbsp;<strong> A ballot drop box is available outside the Town Clerks office, 322 Concord Road. (Rear of building)\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All completed ballots must be received by 8:00 pm on election day.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Voter Registration<\/h4>\n<p>Click here to&nbsp;check your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.state.ma.us\/VoterRegistrationSearch\/MyVoterRegStatus.aspx\"><strong>voter registration status<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you are not currently registered to vote in Sudbury,<strong> Tuesday<\/strong>, <strong>March 8th <\/strong>is the deadline to register and be eligible to vote in the Annual Town Election.<\/p>\n<p>Persons who are United States Citizens, residents of Massachusetts, and who will be at least 18 years old on or before March 28th are eligible to register.
