{"id":4327,"date":"2024-08-26T13:58:07","date_gmt":"2024-08-26T17:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/clerk\/?p=4327"},"modified":"2024-08-26T14:30:19","modified_gmt":"2024-08-26T18:30:19","slug":"notice-of-advance-removal-of-early-voting-ballots","status":"public-archive","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/clerk\/2024\/08\/26\/notice-of-advance-removal-of-early-voting-ballots\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of Advance Removal of Early Voting Ballots"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u>Notice of Advance Removal of Absentee and Early Voting ballots for the September 3, 2024 State Primary<\/u><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, &nbsp;the Town of Sudbury will be opening and depositing &nbsp;Early Voted and Absentee Ballots on the following days and times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thursday, August. 29<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024&nbsp;through Sunday, September 1<sup>nd<\/sup> 2024, beginning at&nbsp; 10:00 AM each day until completed.<\/li>\n<li>Location:&nbsp; Town Hall -322 Concord Rd. Sudbury MA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per State requirements, all Vote-by-Mail ballots received after advanced processing, will be processed at the polls.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the regulations, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on September 3rd, at 8:00 PM. At that time the results from the advance processed ballots will be announced, added to the election day results and posted in a public place.<\/p>\n<p>The Advance Removal of ballots process is open to the public for observation during the above dates and hours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please contact the Town Clerk\u2019s Office with any questions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the September 3, 2024 State Primary.
