These were mailed in the normal course, and we have been informed that a handful of voters have received the incorrect ballot. At this time, we do not believe this is a widespread problem. If the intent of the voter can be determined with reasonable certainty from an inspection of the ballot, in the light of the generally known conditions attendant upon the election, effect must be given to that intent. This includes where a voter fails to complete the oval next to the write-in space\u2014the write-in vote will still be counted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<h4>Run for Office<\/h4>\n<p>The nomination paper filing deadline for the 2026 Annual Town Election has passed.
