The data is used to compile the voter lists and other reports. Distribution of the Census and compilation of information provided therein is required by Massachusetts State Law<\/U>. If anyone does not receive a census form by Tuesday, January 16th<\/EM>, contact the Town Clerk\u2019s office to have a duplicate form mailed to you.<\/P> Failure to return the Census Form will result in all registered voters at that address being placed on the<\/STRONG> Inactive Voter List.<\/EM><\/STRONG><\/FONT><\/P> Census returns may be received by fax as well as mail. The fax number is (978) 443-0264. There is a \u2018drop box\u2019 outside the Clerk\u2019s office at 322 Concord Road for those who wish to hand deliver the census.
