\n\tREQUEST FOR PROPOSALS<\/font><\/p>\n

\n\t <\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n

\n\tThe Sudbury Conservation Commission is soliciting proposals for the agricultural use of four town-owned farm fields located at Frost Farm on North Rd., Rt.117 totaling approximately 13 acres.  <\/span>The proposals for the use of these fields must be submitted by 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 to the Conservation Commission at 275 Old Lancaster Road, or the Town Clerk at Town Hall, Concord Rd., Sudbury MA.<\/font><\/p>\n

\n\t <\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n

\n\tInformation regarding the available parcels may be obtained from the Conservation Commission at 978-443-2209 x1370.<\/font><\/p>\n

\n\t <\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n

\n\tThe successful proposal will result in the negotiation of a License Agreement for a term of up to five years with an option to renew for an additional five years at the discretion of the Conservation Commission.  <\/span>The successful proposal will offer both a monetary payment to the Town as well as improvements to the agricultural capability of the land.  <\/span>Town residents will be given preference in the awarding of the License.<\/font><\/p>\n

\n\tThe Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any portion of any proposal submitted in response to this Invitation to Bid.<\/font><\/p>\n
