As such, the provisions of 10.58(2)(a)1.d – regarding documented field observations that the stream is not flowing, as evidence that the stream is intermittent – are suspended<\/u> as of the effective date of the drought map (May 1, 2022), until the drought is lifted. This means that no evidence collected<\/em> showing a stream dry on or after May 1, 2022<\/em> may be submitted to overcome the perennial stream status in 10.58(2)(a)a – c.<\/p>\n Please take efforts to minimize unnecessary water usage so our wetlands do not dry up.
