[The Commission on Disability happily passes on this important message from Sudbury Town Social Worker]

We are very excited to announce that Neighbor Brigade now has a chapter in Sudbury. Neighbor Brigade a community group that allows Neighbors to volunteer to help one another, with no minimum time commitment. You can help when it fits into your schedule.

Neighbor Brigade helps residents experiencing a temporary crisis, and provides services like transportation, dog, walking, meal delivery, light house work, yard work and more.

But before they can start serving the community, Neighbor Brigade needs volunteers. Please share/post this information with anyone who may be interested in a volunteer opportunity that allows them to directly help their neighbors in need by committing as much or as little time as they would like. Volunteer opportunities open to teens age 14-17 as well as adults. The Sudbury chapter can be reached at: sudburyma@neighborbrigade.org
