CPC Applications Public Hearing schedule is as follows:

 

November 16, 2022 at 7:00 PM

– Housing Trust Allocation

– Indigenous Cultural Landscape Study

– Regional Housing Services Office Membership Fee

– Bruce Freeman Rail Trail CSX Extension to Route 20

 

December 7, 2022 at 7:00 PM

– SudburyTV Video Digitization and Archival Project

– Hop Brook Watershed Based Plan

– Broadacres Community Garden

– Frank Feeley Fields Improvements Phase II

 

December 21, 2022 at 7:00 PM

– Hosmer House Cultural Landscape, Building, and Collections Study

– Historic Resource Inventory Surveys Phase V

– Accessible Pathways to Athletic Fields

– Curtis Outdoor Health & Wellness Space

– Fence & Lights for Fairbank Multisport Court

 

Presentations should generally be between 5 and 7 minutes, but no longer than 10 minutes. If you plan to use a PowerPoint file for your presentation, please email those to our office in advance of your scheduled public hearing date.

 

For those of you who still have outstanding questions which need responses provided to the Community Preservation Committee, please submit those answers to our office as soon as you are able. Providing these answers and any additional information in advance of your public hearing will put your application in the best position possible.

 

Please also be prepared to indicate what other funding sources you have explored for your project besides Community Preservation Act funding.
