Proposals can be submitted under any of the following three areas: 1) acquisition, creation, and preservation of open space and acquisition, creation, preservation, rehabilitation, and restoration of land for recreational use; 2) acquisition, preservation, rehabilitation, and restoration of historic resources and; 3) acquisition, creation, preservation, and support of community housing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt 0in\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;color: #212529\">Click on the following link to download the application form:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/cpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/275\/2023\/08\/FY25-Project-Form-Interactive.pdf?version=15bfcd9d5524eaf823e878bfe429c1ff\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;color: #0076cd;text-decoration: none\">FY25-Project Form<\/span><\/strong><\/a>. Applications should be submitted to the CPC as soon as possible and no later than&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif\">12:30 PM on Friday, October 6, 2023<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt 0in\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;color: #212529\">Submissions can be mailed or hand delivered to the Planning and Community Development Department, Flynn&nbsp;Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road or dropped off inside the vestibule to the Town Clerk\u2019s Office at the rear of Town Hall, 322 Concord Road. The vestibule is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is checked daily by staff for submissions. Please be sure to label the package you drop off your materials in \u201cFOR PLANNING OFFICE\u201d so the Town Clerk\u2019s Office staff know where the materials need to go.
