Community Preservation Committee Now Accepting Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is now accepting proposals for projects that qualify for Community Preservation Act (CPA) funding to be presented at the May 2026 Annual Town Meeting. The Community Preservation Act allows qualifying project proposals in the following categories: Open Space and Recreation, Historic Preservation and Community Housing.<\/p>\n

CPA project applications<\/a> for May 2026 Annual Town Meeting consideration should be submitted as soon as possible. Projects submitted after September 21, 2025 <\/strong>will not be considered for FY27 funding. Staff is available to answer questions, review applications, and will direct applicants for additional information when necessary. Applications are expected to be as complete as possible with additional information submitted as soon as it becomes available.<\/p>\n

Applicants who have questions or need assistance with a project proposal, are encouraged to make an appointment with staff during normal business hours.<\/p>\n

Submissions can be mailed or hand delivered to the Planning and Community Development Department, Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road or dropped off inside the vestibule to the Town Clerk\u2019s Office at the rear of Town Hall, 322 Concord Road. The vestibule is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is checked daily by staff for submissions. Please be sure to label the package you drop off your materials in \u201cFOR PLANNING OFFICE\u201d so the Town Clerk\u2019s Office staff know where the materials need to go. An emailed PDF of each submission package is required and should be sent to PoteatR@sudbury.ma.us<\/a> by the stated deadline.<\/p>\n
