Article 26, Military Training Field Archeology Survey &#8211; $10,000 from the Historic Preservation category to conduct an archaeological study of the historic, Town-owned Military Training Field located on Old County Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Article 27, Florence Hosmer Paintings Appraisal &#8211; $16,000 from the Historic Preservation category to complete a professional appraisal of over 470 paintings by Florence Hosmer that are owned by the Town.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">4)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Article 28, Stearn&#8217;s Mill Dam Evaluation &#8211;&nbsp;$14,600 equally from the Historic Preservation\/Open Space\/Recreation&nbsp;categories to conduct a professional evaluation of the condition of the historic, Town-owned Stearn&#8217;s Mill Dam.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">5)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Article 29, Town Hall Window Restoration &#8211; $46,800 from the Historic Preservation category to restore the second floor windows at the historic Town Hall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">6)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Article 30, Sudbury Housing Trust Allocation &#8211; $750,000 from the Community Housing category for the purpose of funding the Sudbury Housing Trust&#8217;s efforts to provide for the preservation and creation of affordable housing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">7)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Article 31, Sudbury Housing Authority Unit Reconstruction &#8211; $600,000 from the Community Housing category to contribute to the replacement of 4 Sudbury Housing Authority-owned single family dwellings located in North Sudbury with new, duplex units, and to construct a new duplex structure on SHA-owned property on Landham Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">8)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Article 32, CSX Land Purchase &#8211; $420,000 equally from the Open Space\/Recreation categories for the purpose of purchasing the 1.4 mile long CSX railroad corridor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">9)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Article 33, Nobscot Reservation Purchase of Development Rights, Phase 1 &#8211; $5,545,000 from the Open Space category for the purpose of purchasing a conservation restriction on approximately 160 acres of land known as the Nobscot Boy Scout Reservation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">10)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Article&nbsp;34, Nobscot Reservation Purchase of Development Rights, Phase II &#8211; $2,030,000 from the Open Space category for the purpose of purchasing a conservation restriction on approximately 145 acres of land known as the Nobscot Boy Scout Reservation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">11)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
