Members of this board review applications for commercial signs, exterior changes to commercial buildings including lighting and landscape plans, and multi-family developments. Desired qualifications include residing in proximity to a Business District, or having an interest or professional training in architecture or design. Members are expected to attend bi-monthly meetings, typically held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;color: black\">All interested residents are welcome to submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/designreviewboard\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/280\/2021\/03\/Volunteer-Application-Interactive.pdf?version=42aefc9dab5e7cdcbfab52c9f255543e\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0563c1;text-decoration: underline\">Volunteer Application<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. The Board is made up of 5 members and are appointed by the Planning Board.
