The Design Review Board is made up of 5 members and are appointed by the Planning Board. There are currently three vacant seats, all for three-year terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Members of this board review applications for&nbsp;commercial signs, as well as&nbsp;exterior changes to commercial buildings and multi-family developments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Desired qualifications include&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">residing in proximity to a Business District, or having an interest or professional training in architecture or design,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> a landscape architect, and a graphics designer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Members are expected to attend bi-monthly meetings (currently being held via Zoom), typically held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">All interested residents are encouraged to submit a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/designreviewboard\/2021\/03\/31\/design-review-board-seeks-new-members-2\/volunteer-application-interactive\/\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: blue;text-decoration: underline\">Volunteer Application<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span>.
