Join the Dementia Friendly Sudbury Action Team at this special event on Tuesday, November 12, at 8:30 AM at the Sudbury Senior Center, 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury.

This grassroots effort is designed to help our community to be more welcoming and supportive of people living with dementia and their care partners. With 14% of the people in Massachusetts over the age of 65 experiencing dementia, communities across the Commonwealth are engaging in the Dementia Friendly Massachusetts movement.

At this Kickoff Event, we will explain what makes a community Dementia Friendly and what you can do to help.  All sectors of our community can play a role in creating a Dementia Friendly Sudbury. We are proud to be working toward becoming a member of the growing Dementia Friendly Massachusetts movement and hope that you will join us to learn more about what you can do to support a Dementia Friendly Sudbury!
