In accordance with M.G.L. c.30, Section 39M, the Town of Sudbury seeks sealed bids for the 2021 Dutton Road Bridge Replacement Project. Bid documents may be obtained online at www.biddocsonline.com<\/u> (may be viewed electronically and hardcopy requested). Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The work consists of replacement of the existing twin pipe culverts with a new bridge structure conveying Dutton Road over Hop Brook. A new bridge structure will be constructed, along with roadway reconstruction, sidewalk replacement, water main replacement, and gas main replacement. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.<\/p>\n

THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of treasurers\u2019 check, certified check, bid bond, or cashier\u2019s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Sudbury.<\/p>\n

An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 1PM to review the project.
