Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of treasurers check, certified check payable to the Town of Sudbury, bid bond from a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and satisfactory to the Town, or a cashier\u2019s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company payable to the Town of Sudbury.<\/p>\n
