The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, represented by the Town Manager, the awarding authority, invites sealed bids for CEMETERY MOWING\/MAINTENANCE <\/strong>for Calendar year 2022, with a renewal option in the Town\u2019s sole discretion for each of the two succeeding calendar years.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bidding documents, including Specifications and forms, may be obtained at the Office of the Director of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776 from<\/p>\n

9:00 AM to 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, or via email to barterd@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bids must be plainly marked \u201cBID FOR CEMETERY MOWING\/MAINTENANCE\u201d and must be received in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Public Works at the address above before 10:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, April 7, 2022, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.<\/p>\n

All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after bid opening.<\/p>\n

The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, or to accept any total bid or unit price which it deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.<\/p>\n
