         BID DEPOSIT:  5% OF TOTAL BID<\/p>\n

         BID OPENING:  THURSDAY MARCH 16, 2023 AT 2:00 PM<\/p>\n

    Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30\u00a739M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.<\/p>\n

    c.149 \u00a7\u00a726 to 27H inclusive.<\/p>\n

    All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be forwarded to sgregorio@theengineeringcorp.com <\/a>by March 7, 2023 at 12:00PM EST for general bids.<\/p>\n

    THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available for review at www.biddocs.com<\/a> (may be viewed and downloaded electronically at no cost).<\/p>\n

    An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Town of Sudbury Department of Public Works in the Engineering Conference Room at 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA on March 2, 2023 at 10 AM to review the project. <\/p>\n
