The capture process will involve collecting video via an exterior-mounted GoPro camera on the vehicle, with the recording being captured wirelessly from the driver\/operator in the cabin. The driver will be driving at or below posted speed limits and typically around 15-25 MPH. Roadways are intended to be captured during lower traffic volume times, during daylight and dry conditions, and typically in the left-most lane to capture video of the entire roadway width.
