In accordance with M.G.L. c.30, Section 39M, the Town of Sudbury seeks sealed bids for the Wayside Inn Bridge Repairs.<\/p>\n

Bid documents may be obtained online at www.biddocs.com<\/u> (may be viewed electronically and hardcopy requested).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Only Bidders who can comply with the following should submit Bids as only such Bidders will be considered qualified.<\/p>\n
MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Bridge \u2013 Construction or Bridge \u2013 Culverts, for the project with an estimated value of $251,146.00 will be required.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of treasurers\u2019 check, certified check, bid bond, or cashier\u2019s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Sudbury.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bid period inquiries regarding the Work and questions concerning this Invitation to Bid must be submitted in writing via email to: James Case, Woodard & Curran, Inc. email: jcase@woodardcurran.com. Written responses will be sent by BidDocs ONLINE, Inc. to all Bidders on record as having received Bidding Documents. All questions shall be submitted by the end of the day on Friday April 26, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. EST.<\/p>\n

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Town of Sudbury Department of Public Works in the Engineering Conference Room at 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA on April 25, 2024 at 10 AM to review the project. An optional site visit to follow after the meeting.<\/p>\n
