Work shall commence by June 12th, 2026. Substantial Completion: within 116 days. Final Completion: within 130 days. Bidding is per MGL Chapter 30 s39M. Prevailing wage rates per MGL c149 s26 to 27D inclusive issued by Dept. of Labor Standards.<\/p>\n
