The Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Director of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776 on or before the date and times stated above, at which times all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Sudbury acting through the Town Manager, reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, or to accept any total bid or unit price which he deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.<\/p>\n

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM held in the Department of Public Works\u2019 Engineering Conference Room, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
