The Town of Sudbury Fairbank Community Center Study Task Force seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms including registered architects/firms to develop a feasibility study for the redevelopment of the Fairbank Community Center Complex at 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury.

The consultant must have recent experience performing feasibility studies for senior centers and community and recreational facilities including aquatic program elements. Services will include data collection and market analysis, community stakeholder input, program identification, facility-building program with concept design solution and cost estimate, and operational plan. Services are expected to be performed from June 15 through October 15, 2017, at a fee not to exceed $50,000.

The RFQ is available beginning May 17, 2017, by contacting James Kelly, Facilities Director at 978-440-5466 or by e-mail to kellyj@sudbury.ma.us. A site visit will take place on May 24, 2017, at 10 a.m., meeting at the Atkinson Pool entrance.

Submittals are due on or before 3:00 p.m., June 9, 2017, addressed to the Town of Sudbury Fairbank Community Center Study Task Force, c/o Facilities Director, Building Office, 275 Old Lancaster Rd., Sudbury, MA 01776.

The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it is the public interest to do so, and to act upon the proposals and make its award in any lawful manner.
