The building and property were formerly used as the Sudbury Police Department until December 2015, when the Police Department moved to a new facility.&nbsp; The property for disposition is available &#8220;as-is&#8221; and the Town of Sudbury will not make any improvements or changes to the property as a condition of sale.<\/p>\n<p>The Request for Proposals (RFP) packets shall be available at the Facilities Department, at the DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA as of October 5, 2016, or by e-mail at <a href=\"mailto:kellyj@sudbury.ma.us\"><u>kellyj@sudbury.ma.us<\/u><\/a>,&nbsp; and will be posted on the Town of Sudbury Website, under the Facilities Department.
