{"id":836,"date":"2025-06-11T14:14:13","date_gmt":"2025-06-11T18:14:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/facilities\/?p=836"},"modified":"2025-06-11T14:32:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T18:32:48","slug":"bid-invitation-surplus-property-recycling-and-disposal","status":"public-archive","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/facilities\/2025\/06\/11\/bid-invitation-surplus-property-recycling-and-disposal\/","title":{"rendered":"BID Invitation &#8211; Surplus Property Recycling and Disposal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TOWN OF SUDBURY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INVITATION FOR BID<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TOWN OF SUDBURY SURPLUS PROPERTY RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Town of Sudbury is seeking bids to remove and responsibility recycle and\/or dispose of surplus property.&nbsp; All surplus property is in the basement of the Sudbury Town Hall, 322 Concord Road and the Alan F. Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA respectively.&nbsp; The Town Hall basement is at ground level and the Alan F. Flynn Building has an elevator that can be used for this project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All bids must be mailed or hand delivered in a <strong>sealed<\/strong> envelope, addressed to Facilities Department, <strong>275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts 01776, and marked \u201cTown of Sudbury Surplus Property Recycling and Disposal Project<\/strong>\u201d.<strong> Sealed bids will be accepted at the Facilities Department until 12:30 pm, Monday, July 14, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There will be a walkthrough opportunity to view the items for any interested party wishing to place a bid.&nbsp; The Combined Facility Director, Sandra R.
