Sudbury\u2019s EEE\u2019s risk will remain at critical level until a hard freeze, which is below 28\u00b0F for a few hours. Although our nights are getting colder, it is not expected that we will reach a hard freeze before Oct. 31<\/span><sup><span style=\"color: #212529;line-height: 107%;font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;font-size: 9pt\">st<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"color: #212529;font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif\">. The Board of Health recommends that outdoor activities, including Halloween, be completed by 6 PM.
