Sudbury Residents, The Flu Clinics that are scheduled for this fall are currently full. If you are signed up for a clinic and cannot make it, please call 978-440-5479 or email Health@sudbury.ma.us. Leave your name date of clinic and times. This will allow another resident to take your spot.<\/p>\n

Should we have access to additional vaccine, we will add another clinic and post it, for signup, by 10\/23\/20. Please check back at www.sudbury.ma.us\/health<\/a> to see if we have added another clinic.   <\/p>\n

We advise residents who are in need of the flu vaccine to contact your primary care Physician or choose a facility that can provide you with the appropriate vaccine type and dose that you require.        <\/p>\n
