{"id":5,"date":"2008-10-14T16:00:15","date_gmt":"2008-10-14T16:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/health\/2008\/10\/14\/flu-vaccine-clinic\/"},"modified":"2008-10-14T16:00:15","modified_gmt":"2008-10-14T16:00:15","slug":"flu-vaccine-clinic","status":"public-archive","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/health\/2008\/10\/14\/flu-vaccine-clinic\/","title":{"rendered":"Flu Vaccine Clinic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Board of Health has scheduled flu shot clinics for Sudbury senior residents on November 13, 2008 from&nbsp;9 a.m.-12 p.m.&nbsp;and&nbsp;November 17, 2008 from 12 p.m.- 4 p.m. at the Sudbury Senior Center (see below for allotted time slots by name).<STRONG> <\/STRONG><br \/>\n<P><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Parmenter VNA Community Care in cooperation with the Sudbury Senior Center&nbsp;will administer flu vaccine at these two clinics to individuals in the following high risk categories:<\/P><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI>Adults age 65 years or older<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>Persons with underlying chronic medical conditions<\/LI><\/UL><br \/>\n<P>Pneumococcal immunization shots will be available during the clinic for those with a doctor&#8217;s order.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>The Sudbury Senior Center has allotted the following time slots:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>by last names beginning with&nbsp;M-Z on Monday, November 13, 2008 should arrive at<\/P><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI>9-10&nbsp;am&nbsp;M,N,O<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>10-11 am&nbsp;P,Q,R,S<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>11-12 am&nbsp;T,U,W,X,Y,Z&nbsp;<\/LI><\/UL><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>by last name beginning with&nbsp;A-L on Thursday, November 17, 2008&nbsp;should arrive at<\/P><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI>12-1 pm&nbsp;A,B,C&nbsp;<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>1-2 pm&nbsp;D,E,F&nbsp;<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>2-3 pm&nbsp;G,H,I<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>3-4 pm J,K,L<\/LI><\/UL><br \/>\n<P>It is requested that seniors please bring their health insurance cards.
