NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 40 of the Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts, 1963, the Sudbury Historic Districts Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Flynn Building, Silva Conference Room, 2nd<\/sup> floor, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts to consider the following applications:<\/p>\n

  1. For a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a new home measuring approximately 4,200 square feet, 233 Concord Road, Lot B, (Assessor\u2019s Map H09, Parcel 0016), Applicant Michael Carney, Case #14-8.<\/li>\n
  2. For a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior painting, 232 Dutton Road, (Assessor\u2019s Map J04, Parcel 0007), Applicant Reva Klein, Case #14-9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The applications are on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development and may be reviewed during regular business hours. Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed applications, should appear at the time and place designated.<\/p>\n
